As the world’s leading Global integrated security company with over 618 000 employees it is our firm belief that we have a responsibility to ensure that we make a positive impact on the communities in which we work and that our business principles reflect not only our company values but that of inclusion and diversity as well. It is therefore with great pleasure that we introduce our first positive steps towards our commitment in fostering reconciliation in the broader Australian communities. Our RAP outlines practical actions to build relationships between Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people and other Australians and in the coming months our dedicated RAP Working party will be undertaking a range of initiatives with the help of The NyunggaBlack Group. We look forward to the RAP being guided by the same principles that govern all of our work, principles of integrity, expertise, teamwork, best people, safety first, customer focus and performance in paving a practical pathway towards greater inclusiveness within G4S.
